DESCRIPTION
This module provides a breakout for the W25Q32FV chipset. A chipset that provides 32M-bit of serial flash memory accessed through an SPI connection. This allows for the addition of high speed memory to space limited projects.
The memory array is arranged in 32768 pages of 256-bytes. Up to 256 bytes can be programmed at a time. Pages can be erased as 16/128/256bytes or entirely. The chipset provides SPI and access to Dual/Quad SPI which provides efficient memory access of as little as 8 clocks per 24-bit address.
