DESCRIPTION
This module is ideally suited to adding motion detection to your project. This is the HC-SR501 module which can detect motion up to 7m away within an arc of 120 degrees. This allows you to build in motion sense, operating remote lights or triggering systems when the module detects movement.
The module has two separate potentiometers that control the sensitivity and the time delay. The sensitivity directly ties to the distance of the motion being detected. While the delay influences the modules behaviour when motion is still present after it is triggered.
