DESCRIPTION
This module is designed to add a mechanical lever switch to your project. Most commonly seen in use on the axes of CNC machines and 3D printers, limit switches help to provide information about a machine and help prevent frame crashes. This is a lever switch, which triggers when a sufficient force is applied to the lever. On doing so the output will read LOW. This allows you to replace those mechanical switches that have been holding back your project all this time with something with a little more give.
As a simple module it will suit use within a large range of projects based on microcontrollers such as Arduino boards and the Raspberry Pi. The module has a M3 mounting hole allowing for its easy attachment to a multitude of surfaces.
This module is part of the Keyestudio EASY-plug range and features the series standardised connector. The series promotes connection to other modules and microcontrollers without the risk of wiring incorrectly. Further more the socket is compatible with all readily available standard RJ11 ended cables.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information regarding the module's operation.
