DESCRIPTION
This module is ideally suited to providing an accurate current and voltage measurement in the region of ±3.2A and 26V. Based around the INA217 chipset an onboard ADC converts the readings to an I2C message. Readings are taken across a 0.1Ω current sense resistor at a resolution of 0.8mA. This provides a simple and effective way of monitoring high side voltage and current in your project.
Communication is handled through a 2 pin I2C interface, available on a wide range of microcontrollers. The I2C address of can be set by joining the address solder points which allow the selection between 0x40, 0x41, 0x44 and 0x45.
