DESCRIPTION
This module is ideally suited to step a DC supply up or down to your projects required level to supply a prototyping board or microcontroller. Adjustments to the supply can be made with the use of the on board variable resistor.
Used as a step down module you will be able to use a 12V input to supply a 5V output and a 24V input to output 12V. As a step up module you will be able to use a 12V input to supply a 15V. This allows you to use laptop brick-style power supplies to power your projects whatever they require.
As a result of a low switching frequency, the greater the input current the greater the inductance. Due to this high-frequency noise may be evident in the output.
