DESCRIPTION
This kit is ideally suited to flashing a series 220V AC supplied light bulbs, providing a nice means of mains control for lighting. This has use within all manner of projects, from emergency lights to advertising signs. This is a DIY kit and as such will arrive unsoldered. The kit makes ideal practice for hand soldering with clear solder pads and an easy to read circuit board. The board features a potentiometer for controlling the speed of the flashing and the set comes with full assembly instructions and wiring guide.
The board is formed around a multi-vibrator circuit that controls a power transistor that controls the high current supply to the bulbs.
