DESCRIPTION
This is a kit encompassing all the components for building a water sensor controlled relay system. This is a DIY kit and as such will arrive unsoldered, the main board is well marked for easy construction. The kit makes ideal practice for hand soldering while resulting in a practical device useful for other projects.
The completed kit functions by detecting the presence of water along the length of the sensor board. When set to trigger on low the board will trigger the relay and light the LED corresponding to the water level. The relay can be used to power all manner of devices, for example a solenoid valve to allow water into the unit. As the level rises the LED will change to indicate LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH, on reaching high the unit will trigger turning off the relay.
